The SKIN PROTECT complex composed of vitamin PP and a combination of two sugars physically and biologically recreates a healthy skin barrier and helps maintain the skin’s water reserves, which promotes the return of skin comfort. Vitamin PP by stimulating lipid synthesis, allows the restructuring of the skin barrier, which improves the flexibility of the skin and restores skin comfort in the long term. The combination of sugars optimizes the skin’s water reserves and promotes its flow through the layers by increasing the synthesis of aquaporins (water transport channels). This allows in-depth hydration for 24 hours , supported by the stimulation of the synthesis of hyaluronic acid, a molecule with very high hygroscopic power. The presence of glycerin and petroleum jelly in these treatments makes it possible to correct the lack of skin hydration, by fixing the water outside the body.
